Unusual Xanthosoma with its creased leaves and pale-coloured striation. This elephant ear makes an impression, especially great for contrasting with other sub-tropicals.
The leaves often develop very ‘deformed’ and are one of the more interesting aroids to watch as each leaf unfurls. In this species, it its common for older leaves to fall away as plant produces newer leaves.

IMPORTANT: Please do not repot and keep it warm initially after arriving to you. Give them a few weeks to settle in and then repot into well draining soil if you need to. Keep root ball intact as best as possible when repotting.
For best growing conditions keep warm in bright, but shaded lighting. Direct sunlight will burn the foliage. Will tolerate medium light. Prefers moist well draining soil.
1 litre (all plants available are of similar size & striation to the plant pictured)
