Medium grade Philodendron ‘Austentatious’.
Philodendron 'Austentatious'. This Philodendron was bred by us and is currently Provisional PVR protected. It's no surprise as to why we named this beautiful philodendron 'Austentatious' as the size of its leaves can get very ostentatious. This hybrid is a climber that flowers multiple white inflorescence. Will grow best with something that supports him to climb. ‘Austentatious’ does especially well grown outside under a canopy of trees in frost-free areas of NZ. Hope you enjoy this Philodendron as much as we do.
Plant Care: Naturally a climbing plant. Will do well with something to attach to for support.
For best growing conditions keep in bright, indirect lighting. Direct sunlight will burn the foliage. Will tolerate partial shade. Prefers moist soil.
Philodendron plants are not just decorative, they have the ability to cleanse the air you breathe and act as anti-pollutant.
To keep leaves looking lush, gently wipe with a damp cloth.

Please note that the plant in the photograph is not the exact plant that you will be receiving but a representation of the product. The plant in this photograph is for the purpose of building this website only. Due to the nature of growing plants, they will come in slightly different sizes and formation. Philodendron species are known to be highly variable and not every leaf of every specimen will always appear the same. Because of our approach to sustainability, we re-use pots where we can. Pot size may vary sometimes.
I prefer to only sell well-rooted, established plants.
