Philodendron Bipennifolium. Also known as Horse head philodendron. This is a short node philodendron which grows best indoors or in shady areas and is an ideal candidate for totem poles.

Philodendron species are considered to be quite morphologically variable (variable in physical form, e.g. leaf shape, and external structure of the plant). This makes for interesting observations as the plant matures and each new leaf unfurls. Slide through the photos to see some of the variations.

Plant Care:
For best growing conditions keep in bright, indirect lighting. Direct sunlight will burn the foliage. Will tolerate partial shade. Prefers moist soil.

To keep leaves looking lush, gently wipe with a damp cloth.

Philodendron plants are not just decorative, they have the ability to cleanse the air you breathe and act as anti-pollutant
