Philodendron Appendiculatum (known to most as Imbe). This stunning climbing plant likes to show off its foliage by hanging from its petiole. Will happily wraps itself around something that will support its growth.
Philodendrons are considered to be quite morphologically variable (variable in physical form, e.g. leaf shape, and external structure of the plant). This makes for interesting observations as the plant grows and each new leaf unfurls.
Plant Care: Naturally a climbing plant. Will do well with something to attach to for support.
For best growing conditions keep in bright, indirect lighting. Direct sunlight will burn the foliage. Will tolerate partial shade. Prefers moist soil.
To keep leaves looking lush, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
As we re-use pots where we can, pot size may vary slightly.

Please note that the plant in the photograph is not the exact plant that you will be receiving but a representation of the product. The plant in this photograph is for the purpose of building this website only. Due to the nature of growing plants, they will come in slightly different sizes and formation. Philodendron species are known to be highly variable and not every leaf of every specimen will always appear the same. Because of our approach to sustainability, we re-use pots where we can. Pot size may vary sometimes.
